A Commitment to Nutrition & Wellness

I came to the United States as a teenager who wanted a future filled with promise and opportunity. I didn’t know my future was part of a larger journey—a journey to wellness. I finished high school and earned a degree in biology from the University of Tennessee, then earned an Associate’s Degree as a physical therapist assistant from the local community college. Around the same time, I started to experiment with my diet and its link to my physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
My first subject was me, and the results were so positive, I started to share my story with family, friends, work associates, and the attendees of my back safety & wellness classes. Those who took my ideas and suggestions saw amazing benefits. If you are tired of managing migraines, obesity, chronic fatigue, diabetes, digestive issues, sleep disorders, hypertension, chronic pain and depression - consider my physicians recommended Wellness Program. Don’t become enslaved or imprisoned by your lifestyle diseases and disorders. Start feeling better again and take back your God given freedom!
